Attendee Photo Consent

 

Attendance at the FanCon event may lead to your image and likeness being photographed and video recorded by or on behalf of the FanCon Foundation, or by third parties outside the control of FanCon.

By being present at this event, you grant permission for FanCon, it's affiliates and unaffiliated media organizations to publish your name, image, likeness, cosplay, and interviews in connection with any live or recorded video, or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event, whether or not those items come from created itms created by representativs of FanCon. You also acknowledge that third parties may create such items, and you waive any claim against FanCon with respect to them.

FanCon does respect the choice not to be knowingly recorded. Individuals wishing to remain anonymous or not to have a photo or video taken must declare it to the photographer at the time of the recording.
